This beautiful trefoil brooch is closely copied from a find from Hordaland in Norway.
It shows three gripping beasts, one on each lobe of the brooch.

It has been a popular design during the viking age as archeologists have unearthed quite a few with the same pattern.

This version is cast in sterling silver and measures:

• 58 mm at the widest point
• weighs around 47 grams 

There is a spring pin on the back in the same fashion as the originals.
