Beautiful handmade blade from a high carbon steel with ash handle and copper alloy fittings.
The scabbard is richly decorated with copper alloy fittings based on findings from throughout the Viking world but specifically the finds from Birka, Sweden.
The blade is 35cm and the ash handle is 15cm giving the Seax a total length of 50cms.
The scabbard with the Seax together measures 55cm.
