Where is my package?
As all our jewellery is handmade to order we aim to send it out within 10 working days of your order being placed, if nothing else is agreed.
We will send you a confirmation email to let you know when it has been shipped.
We have no control over the postal service but Royal Mail in UK says you generally can expect items to arrive in:
- UK - 1 to 3 days after shipping.
- Europe - 3 to 5 days after shipping.
- USA/Canada - 5 to 7 days after shipping.
- Australia/Canada - 5 to 10 days.
All shipping times are estimates and can take longer, especially around holiday season.
Track and trace.
If it is important for you to know where your parcel is please pay for track and trace. As soon as the parcel leave us we can only help you if you have paid for this parcel service.
What if my order never arrives?
If it has been 28 days since you received your dispatch email and you still have not received your goods, please email us at email@example.com and let us know if you would like a refund or replacement items.
We will replace or refund any items lost in the post after 28 days.
We will accept returns if you are not entirely satisfied with the goods you receive from us.
You must return the goods to us within 14 days for a full refund or replacement.
Refunds or replacements will not be issued until we have received the returning item(s).
We will not pay for return postage costs.
In the unlikely event of a breakage or defect in any of our handmade jewellery, we will repair or replace free of charge after we have received the broken goods.
